how do you find contact in the updated google mail that does not have the icon contact
Not helpful because no group button appears at the top of my contact page after I select contacts to be put in the group. Any suggestions how to find it?

Google Contacts has a new version. To get to the version in this video on the left side, click 'Switch to the old version'
If you want to get to the new version (if you're on the old version), on the left side, click 'Try Contacts Preview'
Groups were removed.
Thank you for this–and simultaneously, when you have thousands of contacts, selecting the contacts you want to create a group is challenging. Why is there's a feature to search for a name and create a group based off of that name. I love gmail and the lack of this feature drives me batty.

thanks! is there a limit to the number of contacts in a group list? I want to have over 100..also I couldn't find the groups icon in the new version so went back to the old.
