THE CELEBRATION IS PART OFNATIONAL ADOPTION MONTH AND NATIONAL ADOPTION DAY. JUDGE MICHAEL MOSES SAYS IN MONTANAAS OF THEEND OF SEPTEMBER…THERE WERE 3,354 KIDS IN FOSTER CARE…879 IN YELLOWSTONE COUNTY. SOMECHILDREN HAVE BEEN IN FOSTER CARE.
